Nicola has been teaching since 2004 and offers a welcoming and fluid style integrating classical, modern and functional yoga.
Explore movement and breath in harmony with your body, from the inside out. I teach mindful, breath-based yoga that develops strength, alignment and flexibility, whilst improving mental clarity and emotional balance. Meditation and breath practices offer a quiet space to meet, know and evolve yourself. The whole person is lovingly held in the best healing medicine I have found.
