COUNSELLING
Counselling gives the opportunity to share your experiences and feelings over a difficult period of your life, or while you are facing a particular problem.
During an introductory session, client and counsellor explore the area of difficulty and reach an agreement about whether they will be able to work together, for how long and with what aims. The counsellor does not offer advice but can bring understanding and perspective to problems, helping and supporting people in bringing about the changes they choose to make.
