As an experienced professional counsellor I offer time and a safe environment for you to air your concerns, reflect upon them and look at ways that you might understand your difficulties better. I aim to be open-minded and supportive, I don’t give advice but will try and help you to pursue your understanding of what is happening and support you in seeking your own ways forward.
I offer short or longer-term work with day and evening appointments.
I work as a partner for Lotus Counselling offering counselling and/or group facilitation for employees. I can provide individual counselling supervision.
