Natural Way T’ai Chi
The Natural Way School of T’ai Chi meets on Tuesday evenings to practice Yang style T’ai Chi in the lineage of Alan Peck, John Kells, Dr Chi Chiang-Tao and Cheng Man Ching. Our qualified senior instructors cover all aspects of the T’ai Chi syllabus focusing on the internal cultivation of Chi, health and a peaceful heart. We offer workshops and retreats which offer a clear path towards developing the internal beauty of Natural Way T’ai Chi. For more information please contact us on: naturalwaytaichi@googlemail.com or 0117 230 3962.
Developing the Internal Beauty of Natural Way T’ai Chi
This is the first of three one day workshops planned for 2011, exploring and developing the internal beauty of Natural Way T’ai Chi.
We will review the Natural Way T’ai Chi path to cultivating internal practice and the development of Chi; and it is based upon practice and written material collected over 21 years of study with Alan Peck. On many occasions Alan stressed the importance of focusing on ‘the bare essentials’ as the basis of progressing in our practice. We will spend the day in a relaxed supportive environment, working with specific exercises and T’ai Chi form to help us return to our centre.
For more details please contact Tim on naturalwaytaichi@googlemail.com or 0117 230 3962.
